About the event
To mark the 5th anniversary of Fred Maudsley's passing, we invite you to come together in his spirit with three exciting opportunities:
1. FJM Memorial 5K Walk or Run
5k In-Person Meet-Up Point: The Galley - 50a Calf Pasture Beach Rd, Norwalk, CT 06855

Join us for the FJM Memorial 5K walk or run! We will spread the DFQ/FJM spirit as we move our bodies and stretch our limits while raising funds for heart health awareness and education through the American Heart Association, as well as supporting local family charities like 'Filling in the Blanks' and 'Open Doors in Norwalk.'
(VIRTUAL OPTION) For those unable to join us in person, we are excited to offer a virtual 5K option! Participants can complete the 5K at their own pace, anytime and anywhere during the event period. Whether you choose to walk, run, or jog,…
